The policy of BUYUK TASH YOL TRADING - FZCO is to provide products and services that meet or exceed the requirements of our customers, contractual terms, and pharmaceutical industry standards.

To implement this policy, the company establishes and maintains a Quality Management System in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the guiding principles of EU-GDP (European Union Good Distribution Practice).

We confirm our commitment to quality management based on risk assessment, a process approach, and customer focus, as well as the continuous improvement of this system.

Our work is based on establishing long-term relationships with our clients, suppliers, and partners, built on reliability, professionalism, and fruitful cooperation at all levels.

The Quality Management System includes the Quality Manual and all related documents.

Management and employees at all levels are aware of the system's requirements within their respective functions, are responsible for its adoption and implementation, and are provided with the necessary resources for its effective application.

The Quality Management System is regularly reviewed by management to verify compliance with requirements and the system's ability to achieve established customer satisfaction goals and meet the company's needs.

The commitment to implementing an effective quality policy begins with the organization's top management.
